Taylor and Nick’s wedding was classy meets rhinestone cowboy meets Japanese tradition! Some highlights from the day… During the reception Taylor got to wear her grandmother’s wedding kimono. Not only is it a gorgeous family heirloom, but Obacha got to help Taylor with the dressing process. Later, some sneaky family and guests surprised the couple with an Elvis impersonator as an homage to their Vegas pandemic elopement! Their family also helped fold 1,000 gold cranes which you can see created the amazing backdrop for their ceremony. I also loved the Japanese gardens at the Doubletree by Hilton in little Tokyo that made for the perfect first look location.

Shout outs to team Pop the Champagne for coordinating, Violette’s flowers and The Valentine for bringing together the dreamiest elegant greenhouse ambiance.

Lindsey and Jake’s Santa Barbara wedding started at a cute AirBNB for getting ready photos while the sun shined overhead and a slight breeze lingered through the rooms. We moved to Alice Keck park nearby in lovely Santa Barbara for first look photos, wedding party and the ceremony. This park was magical with all kinds of different plants and ponds speckled with little stepping stones we played in for their first look photos. The love in the air was thick like an invisible fog, with friends and family all laughing and crying happy tears. Once Lindsey and Jake officially tied the knot we moved on to the lovely venue Villa and Vine, a short walk from the garden. Cafe lights twinkled, champagne flutes clinked and the newlywed’s calm and fun energy was contagious! You can just tell these guys are made for each other.
